This bold new development in the heart of Piraeus, Athens, brings together the charm of a listed building with a distinctly modern twist. While part of the original structure has been retained, we have chosen not to follow the heritage or old style in the design. Instead, the building reflects contemporary architectural excellence, creating a striking contrast between the past and the future.
