Afentouli 09, Piraeus
We are proud to present our latest project in Piraeus, where we successfully designed and renovated a building over the course of one year. This transformation converted six existing units into a total of 15 functional spaces, comprising 14 residential serviced apartments and one commercial property.
Interior Design
Our design approach maximized the use of available space through innovative planning and smart design solutions. The apartments range from one – to two – bedroom units, each thoughtfully designed to create a sense of spaciousness. We utilized a soothing palette of earth tones throughout the interiors, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also promotes a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Exterior Design
In our commitment to preserving the character of the area, the exterior design retained the unique façade that has become a hallmark of the Piraeus neighborhood. This respect for the building’s historical context, combined with modern enhancements, ensures that it harmonizes beautifully with its surroundings while providing residents with contemporary comfort.
This renovation not only elevates the living experience but also contributes positively to the community, offering stylish serviced apartments that cater to both short- and long-term stays, alongside a commercial space that adds vibrancy to the area. We are excited to see this project thrive and become a valued part of the Piraeus landscape.
